I can probably still save like 2-3 seconds to this, my lag reduction strat is effective but hard. I also hope that my timing is accurate, the timer cheat code didnt work so yeah. (I already found a putative better lag reduction strat, its easier but it seems like its slower)

This is a rather sloppy TAS i made, it still took me an entire day to make though. Yesterday was probably the only day of my spring break were i had enough motivation and time for this for sure. I kinda rushed through when making this, I actually routed pretty much all coin collecting during the TASing progress.
Also keep in mind that although I collected 66 stars, it is a 65 Star TAS because the star in C9 doesnt count as an actual star.
A 1:07 is certainly possible, besides the general sloppyness that this TAS might lost about a minute to, there were 2 significant routing mistakes, the first was to enter Weegee followed by C3, I should have went to C3 first and then to Weegee. The second routing mistake was way worse tho, I went to C8, then B2 and then C6, i should have went to B2, C8 and then C6. Then I also had a poor C2 100 coin route and my route for the 100s in C14 looks also quite strange near the beginning, that is because the RNG is awful and the 3 big goombas in the stage may just walk off an edge which could mean that getting 100 coins is impossible then, or at least doing them in combination with the reds, so i had to make sure that wont happen... somehow.")
