Released in 2001, this 2-step masterpiece revolves around the two versions of My Red Hot Car where a mumbled robotic melody plays against the shuffling minimal beat pattern. It is backed up by the ambient spaciousness of Hardcore Obelisk which is then reworked into an eerie half-hour opus which could only be pulled off by a figure as ominous and creatively forward-thinking as Squarepusher. The title track reached audiences through a Bugged Out mix by French DJ Miss Kittin. It stands up today as one of Jenkinson’s most floor-friendly and nostalgic numbers.
