Our favorite purple dragon is back and so are we with Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! I wanted to save this first playthrough for the holidays because Spyro feels like bottled magic in a disc and by golly, Avalar delivered. I felt like a dragon on ice at the beginning, trying to get the gliding, hovering, swimming, and speedway chaos back into my hands, but once it clicked, we were rolling. Ripto, Hunter, Moneybags, talismans, orbs, Dragon Shores, and every gem hunt gave this sequel so much charm and I even smashed the speedways this time around!! All in all, it was the most enjoyable first playthrough of Spyro 2 I could've asked for and I hope it brings some holiday nostalgia your way to make the winter a little more cozy. Thank you for taking the time to watch this 💛
