Mechanics:
1. This promo will run from March 25, 2022 until May 14, 2022.
2. The promo is open for all Spyder and/or MT Helmet customers nationwide.
3. To qualify for the promo, customers must purchase any Spyder or MT Helmet for a minimum worth of P2,500.00.
4. For every Spyder or MT Helmet purchase, customers will automatically earn (1) one raffle entry. Customers can earn multiple raffle entries for more chances of winning.
5. To register for the raffle, customers will have to scan the QR Code available at the participating stores nationwide.
Customer must enter the following information:
-First name, last name
-Email
-Mobile number
-Address
-Submission Date
-Receipt number
-Transaction Time
-Quantity purchased
6. Once registered, customers will be notified via email of their raffle entr/ies.
7. Customers can get a chance to win any of the following prizes:
1st Degree - 1 winner of Kymco KRV 180i TCS Scooter - P189,900.00
2nd Degree - 3 winners of Spyder Recon Carbon Fiber Helmet - P9,995.00/pc
3rd Degree - 5 winners of Spyder Full Face Helmet of your choice - P3,495.00/pc
8. Deadline for the registration to earn the raffle entry is until 11:59pm of May 14, 2022.
9. Customers may only win once. If a name was drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higherr value.
10. The electronic raffle draw through "True Random Generator" program of random.org will be held on May 28, 2022 at 5:00pm via Google meet with the presence of a DTI representative together with RCC Marketing
11. Winners shall be announced online through Spyder's Official Facebook. Winners will also be notified via text message, email annd registered mail based on the customer's contact details provided in the raffle entry.
12. To claim the prize, winners must present the following:
-Official message from Spyder Philippines either via registered mail or email
- 2 valid government-issued IDs
13. Where to claim your prize:
For Metro Manila
- Prizes must be collected at Spyder Head Office, 104 Shaw Boulevard, RCC Center Brgy Kapitolyo Pasig City
For Provinces
- Prizes must be collected at Spyder or GearUp store where the transaction was made.
14. 20% tax will be shouldered by Roshan Commercial Corporation.
15. Roshan Commercial Corporation will shoulder the initial registration and other related expenses for the grand prize.
16. Redemption of the raffle prizes shall be within (60) sixty days upon receipt of registered mail.
Otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited in favor of RCC with prior DTI approval.
17. All Roshan Commercial Corporation (RCC) employees, its affiliates and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
18. The winners authorize RCC to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by RCC to a person/in any mode or manner as RCC may deem.
19. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RCC. All decisions made by RCC pertaining to the promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with prior concurrence to DTI.
