I wanted to make the short version at first, but then I got carried away by the beautiful chords this song has, and I've been a Gen Hoshino's fan for a while so I thought this was a good opportunity to bring one of his songs to the channel.
This one took Famitracker to its absolute limit at some parts, I even had to use a technique called instrument juggling, which is basically when a melody moves from one channel to another in order to be completey played instead of cut before it ends due to channel limitations. So yeah, this one was quite the experience for me, hope you like it!
For those who are asking, this IS NOT 16-bit, it's 8-bit with an expansion chip added, and said chip could be found in some Japanese NES cartridges like Castlevania for instance.

probably the shortest song in my channel, but i really like it so...who cares. ironically, this was actually pretty hard to write on famitracker, because the original song didnt have a consistent tempo, so i had to add off time notes.

I saved the best song for the end xd
This cover marks the end of my omori series so i worked really hard to make it as faithful as possible, recreating the slowdowns and the violins dynamics are some examples of that, thank you sooooooo much for supporting my channel, it was a pleasure to arrange many bops that were made by the omori team! even if this is my last cover, i dont discard making some more omori remixes in the future... and again, THANK YOU!

Im back with more music! ive been working on this for a while but i couldnt upload it sooner because it was difficult for me to optimize all the little details the song has for the VRC6 chip, also, WE ARE 2 DAYS AWAY FROM THE GAMES RELEASE, LETS GOOOOOOOOOO. Btw, this remix is a bit slower than the original song because of famitracker being an assshole and not letting me use some tempos without ruining the songs speed.

I cant believe Im a chiptune musician and yet I hadnt covered this song until today lol.
Trying to find the correct notes and chords was difficult, and I wont even go into the details of how much time I spent looking for the drum samples, but it still was a lot of fun regardless.
I tried to design instruments that resemble the original ones but I also incorporated some small changes (instrument and arrangement-wise) to make it sound like an expanded version.
Since Yousuke Yasui is one of my favorite composers, maybe Ill cover another of his songs someday.
