Are you an adventurous drinker or do you play one when you’ve got dice in hand? Good news, I’m here to uncover what goes into the most ridiculous cocktails on the tavern menu by using dice to choose the name, ingredients and bar methods. I’ll even taste it first and tell you how it is!
Springjack: 2 oz Brandy, 1 oz orange juice, 1/2 oz lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup.
Technique: Muddle an orange wheel with all ingredients then shake with ice. Strain and serve.
Optionally: top with seltzer
