Hi Everyone! Welcome to my first vlog of 2023! Come along with me as I prepare my favorite breakfast and see the latest prepared food that I'm trying out from a new company. Along the way, I'll share a quick, low calorie dessert, take Joey to the groomers, and whip up two delicious meals that are not only super quick to make, but budget friendly!!
