Theme of Hakurei Shrine from Touhou 13.5: Hopeless Masquerade. Apparently this rearrangement is more accurate than the MEGA ZUN version.
This is the first MIDI cover I have done in years, per request from a semi-close friend of mine. General MIDI uploads are perfectly admissible on this channel (although probably only 20% of my active subscribers would expect a MIDI coming from this channel).
The MIDI file can be obtained at VGMusic under "Newly Submitted Files".
