Reflecting on my past obsession with sports and the detrimental effects it had on my life progress. There is a place for watching sports, but realize its entertainment and not something to devote more than 1% of your mental energy towards. Your identity should not be based off your teams, the fans of other teams, and whateve useless drama is going on in the various leagues. being active and Becoming competent at a sport is much healthier than passive obsession.
