Been a while since I've uploaded a Spore video, hasn't it? You might be wondering why I've waited 2 and a half years to upload another one. I'll tell you why. I thought it'd be a good idea to upload some footage of various adventures I've created over the years. Since EA sucks, and Spore's DRM is a pain, I couldn't download any new adventures. With that in mind, I felt a bit ripped off buying the Galactic Adventures Expansion Pack, so I was stuck with playing the default Maxis made ones. I thought, "well, since I can't download new ones, I'll have to make my own." So I did. I've made quite a few above average ones, so I think it's worthy of a video upload.
My first one "Desert Archaeology" is quite a crude but efficient adventure. I wanted to make a rather easy adventure with minimal combat. This adventure takes place on a desert planet teaming with wildlife. Your captain was beamed to the surface uncover remains of a rare species which as died long ago. I am aware "Archaeology" was the wrong word here as that essentially means the study of human activity in the past, but this was made a few years ago and I never got around to changing it.
Don't worry, I did improve my adventure making skills and have made much better ones which I will upload on a daily basis.
