My first music festival as a deafie!
Every deaf person is different, therefore their experience with music is different.
For me, when my implants are in - these spaces can be super overstimulating and unenjoyable.
It’s often easier feel present with ease when take out my implants just feel through my other heightened senses.
Music festivals have a long way to go with care work to implement - like any industry. Regardless, I made memories of a lifetime with loved ones while pacing myself with before and after care!
