This is a custom RPG sequence I made for my most viewed video "YouTube Poop: Spingebill's 4D Pickle Quest Goes Into a Senseless Adventure" that sadly has been taken down due to copyright infringement (which is pretty unfair, as I didn't even monetize it). This is an enhanced and improved version of the original.
About the video:
The original video was uploaded in January 23, 2017, and got blocked around November, 2019, hitting up to 1,247,814 views, 16,480 likes, 771 dislikes and 2,069 comments until around September - December of 2018.
I put most of my effort into this sequence that I decided to upload it as standalone and added additional scenes at the beginning to contextualize the story.
Hit assets were found somewhere on the internet. The F-Zero alphabet, palettes and frames were ripped by me but customized nonetheless. Battle and victory themes were made by me.
SpongeBob SquarePants and related characters belong to Viacom International Inc. I claim no revenue for the assets used here, but for the effort in regards of the making of this video. All rights reserved.

The Satellaview was an adapter exclusive for the Super Famicom, it was only released in Japan, in its content you could download games and play them in a specific day time.
These games dont work very well in emulators, because the majority of emulators lacks of the Satellaview adapter, which means the games could be corrupted, this can be fixed with a patch, regardless this patch lets you play the game, it still contains a record ghost car glitch.
In these games it werent supposed to be any music, but the patch put the music back on.

This version is translated and it will make you edit easier, translates text and cmplog, replaces the wind tiles with L and R, and minor changes like M and B tiles letters.
However, it delays a bit more when switching regions and patching.
Notes:
If you dont know where to put the finish line, it goes right at the left of the AI red line.
The 7th course of Practice mode will be the course shown at the title screen (The pre-made driving will not work, as explained in the video).
In a long jump, try to put the AI pointers on the roads rather than the squares with no road, this will prevent an explosive AI vehicle and vehicles behind you to spawn (You can set the teleport off in the pointers off road to make vehicles not to spawn as well).
You can make crossed roads which you can jump, this means you can cross the AI paths making roads to encounter and jump them, but as it is not possible to implement the Giant Ship feature, this could lead to some glitches.

You can make byways which can not only be near itselves or at the same direction, however, you would need to be very careful when setting the AI pointers, place them together at the start and at the end of the byway the best as possible.

In a long jump, be sure to make the AI to be able to make that jump, or else the vehicles will fall off the course and they will drive in mid-air (In case of patching a ROM with CPU health, they will just explode making an impossible course for them, see the Community corner for patches info).
You can work with a palette-modified ROM in Fuzee, but only by editing the fzero ROM in your Fuzee folder since Fuzee needs a headerless ROM, so the modified palettes will save into fzero and it will open with no problems in Fuzee (This works with both Japanese and USA headerless ROMs).
However, if you edit the output palettes and try to rename it to fzero it will not work, because the output file is an expanded ROM, which will not work properly on Fuzee (You will see other regions AI path with the un-editable pointers, which weirdly changes the pointers into another regions if you move a purple AI dot in any regions pointers) and if you patch it, it will be glitched, so in summary, follow the first explanation.
