A one minute semi-animation I busted my ass to finish for my college's weekly art competition. Enjoy. (Also this is a re-upload because I accidentally uploaded the bad quality on before sorry lol)
The theme is:
"The one-minute video must be a solo and original work, and it must reflect your current state of being during the pandemic."

Interpretation:
A part of me just wants to sleep and ignore everything that's going on, and another part of me thinks that this would be the perfect time to become ultra productive and do all the previous hobbies I didn't have time for. I've been thinking that I could use said hobbies as a way to combat the suffocating feeling of being stuck inside with horrible news playing on the TV everyday, but sometimes I need to remind myself that it's okay to feel overwhelmed and take some time to just lay in bed and do nothing.

My english teacher had everyone in the class write a graduation speech, and I asked if I could write a song instead. When I was writing this, I was already crying at the first 4 lines, and couldnt go through the song once without bawling my eyes out. But, finally, here it is! A non crying version of my graduation song.
I will really miss high school and all of my friends there, but the next chapter of our lives is just beginning, and it is exciting and scary to think about what we will go through next. However, to class of 2017, thank you!
