First time I've seen a glitch happen in Splinter Cell

A weird body glitch that happened. If you want to know how, I've placed a body on one of the infirmary beds and it disappeared all of the sudden. And it gave me the option to pick it up and this is the result you're seeing.

I tried to replicate it, but I didn't work. Could be just a random glitch.
