Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction for the mobile platform was released on May 27, 2010 on IOS and later on for Android devices. The game was not developed by Ubisoft Montreal like its console counterpart, but was instead developed and published by Gameloft. This version has a much more simpler story with several changes (though it's mostly based on the main game) and includes and exclusive level on the Potomac River
