Ladies and gentlemen, the long-anticipated Splatoon spinoff is finally here! Splatoon Raiders is a single-player campaign-centered spinoff of the Splatoon franchise, though friends can play together cooperatively as well. You play as The Mechanic, an inkling/octoling tagging along with Deep Cut on a journey as their helicopter crash lands onto the Spirhalite Islands, home to a culture of Salmonids as you loot their treasure! It's basically Salmon Run in campaign form!

In Part 17 of my solo playthrough, we descend into the ancient ruins in the center of the Spirhalite Islands in pursuit of the gigantic golden power egg, which turns out to be a harbinger of the Salmonid apocalypse!
