Mentioned after the release of the 1.2 patch notes, here we've got the Splatoon 2 version 1.3 patch notes. This update aims to address concerns about the Special Weapons in the game with the next update in October aiming to address concerns about the main weapons. There's not too much to go over here but there are some decent changes made with some unexpected ones and some expected ones.
