Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion DLC & BEYOND - Taking Nintendo Switch's BEST Shooter to New Depths
Despite having many strengths like strong multiplayer gameplay through things like Turf War, Ranked Battle, and Splatfest. Strong character design (i.e The Squid Sisters Callie, Marie & Off the Hook: Marina &.... Pearl... I guess?) & it being just an all around excellent entry for anyone's Nintendo Switch collection, Splatoon’s single player content has not been the strongest across Splatoon 1 on Wii U or Splatoon 2 on Nintendo Switch, but Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion DLC is coming soon in an effort to change that a little for Nintendo's 1st major shooter. With it comes a few new additional features like playable after clearing Agent 8's story Octolings as well as some new gear. This new DLC has AJ thinking about the future of Splatoon both for more Splatoon 2 content after Octo Expansion AND in future games like the eventual Splatoon 3. Of course, as you’d expect, AJ has plenty to say about it... just like he does for all 2018 Nintendo Switch games... confirmed, announced, or not.
