Swarm of the Tunami
(a 2D side-scrolling action platformer set in the Splatooniverse)
- It’s time for Inklings and Octolings to set aside their differences and join forces!
- Slimy Salmonids and the troublesome Tunami are taking over Gootopia, led by the mysterious Tempuror, with rival cities Inkopolis and Octoberg on the front lines!
- Form a four-character Squid Squad — a combo of inklings and octolings — with weapons, clothes and abilities of your choosing!
- Main a squid, or vary them as you go, while using the other three squid kids in your troupe as jelly-ink platforms — called “Splatforms” — thanks to Sheldon’s research into Jelly Eggs!
- Use motion gestures to create horizontal, vertical, diagonal or staircase-shaped “Splatforms” that help you progress or shield you from enemy fire!
- Parkour your way above ground, and under ink, across 8 regions (including Clambake Lake, Jellyfish Jungle, Saltspray Sea, Rottendam Ridge, Tentarctica, and Octo Valley) to reach the fearsome Fish Fort Falls!
- Earn and upgrade your abilities (including finding more jelly eggs to power up your “Splatforms”), and uncover rare clothing and advanced weapons in hidden level areas!
- Replay levels to attain the Splatinum rank!
- Discover secrets about Mr Grizz and other familiar Inkopols!
