Let's have a hard conversation today. I've lost friends within the magical and witchy community to spiritual psychosis, and I don't think we Witches talk about this as openly as we should. There are ways we can recognize the differences between Spiritual Psychosis and Spiritual Awakening, and there are things we can do to help ground ourselves so we aren't harmed by the profound spiritual experiences of our Craft.
