Test Drive 5 is a racing video game developed by Pitbull Syndicate for the PlayStation and Microsoft Windows. It is the fifth entry in the Test Drive series of video games.
The game focuses mainly on racing on a variety of courses around the world. Cops, traffic, and weather make each race a challenge. Many secret cars and tracks were included in the game, along with several cheat codes. Many jumps were included, some of them hidden. Cop chases can break out whenever the player passes a CPU police car during a race. The game supported multiplayer racing for up to six players, and two-player split-screen racing on one computer. Two player drag racing is also an option.

Vehicles
The game includes 28 licensed vehicles, including the Ford Mustang and Aston Martin Vantage. These vehicles range from ultra-fast sports cars to souped up muscle cars. In addition, police cars are available in Cop Chase mode. Police car and original cars become playable in Single Race and Drag Race modes by winning all tournament races or entering a cheat code.
Some licensed vehicles are unlocked by winning a circuit track, while others are earned by winning tournaments, which causes different vehicles to be unlocked depending on tournament types.
All computer-controlled vehicles have the same top speeds, which depends on difficulty and vehicle dynamics settings.
Arcade vehicle dynamics cause vehicles to accelerate and decelerate faster, have higher top speeds, and have greater crash effects than the Simulation setting.
Reception
Craig Harris of IGN rated the PlayStation version 7.5 out of 10 and praised the games sound effects and music, as well as its multiplayer mode, and called the games graphics a step up from Test Drive 4. Harris wrote, The graphics engine is very smooth, very crisp, and very fast. My major complaint is, though the physics of the cars on the road are pretty accurate (as far as I can tell, anyway), when these cars take to the air, either by a jump or crash, its like the tires are filled with pure helium.")

The Subaru Impreza is a compact family car that has been manufactured since 1992 by Subaru, introduced as a replacement for the Leone, with the predecessors EA series engines replaced by the new EJ series.
Now in its fifth generation, Subaru has offered four-door sedan and five-door body variants since 1992; the firm also offered a coupe from 1995 until 2001, and a 5-door wagon from the Imprezas introduction in the form of a hatchback. Mainstream versions have received boxer flat-four engines ranging from 1.5- to 2.5-liters, with the performance-oriented Impreza WRX and WRX STI models uprated with the addition of turbochargers. Since the third generation series, some markets have adopted the abbreviated Subaru WRX name for these high-performance variants. The first three generations of Impreza in North America were also available with an off-road appearance package called the Outback Sport. For the fourth generation, this appearance package was renamed the XV (Crosstrek in North America), and, unlike the Outback Sport (which was exclusive to the North American market), is sold internationally.
The Impreza (also Impreza WRX and Impreza WRX STI) is a major rival to the Mitsubishi Lancer (and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution).
Subaru has offered both front- and all-wheel drive layouts for the Impreza.
Announced on 22 October 1992, the Impreza was released in Japan in November and offered in either front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) versions and as a four-door sedan or five-door hatchback/wagon (Touring).
In 1994, Subaru introduced Subaru Tecnica International (STI) versions of the WRX in Japan. These models were upgraded from the standard WRX in many categories, including blueprinted performance-tuned engines, transmissions, and suspensions. The STI versions of the WRX were immensely successful in rallies and popular among street racers but were only sold in the Japanese market. Subaru introduced the New Age Impreza to Japan in August 2000.
Naturally aspirated flat-four (boxer) engines comprised the 1.5-liter EJ15, the 1.6-liter EJ16, the 2.0-liter EJ20, and the 2.5-liter EJ25. Turbocharged versions of the 2.0- and 2.5-liter engines were offered in the WRX and WRX STI models. STI models featured a more powerful 2.0-liter (2.5-liter outside of the Japanese market) turbocharged engine. Flat-four gasoline engines in the naturally aspirated tune comprised a 1.5-liter EL15 producing 80 kW (107 hp), the 2.0-liter EJ20 with 110 kW (148 hp) and 196 N⋅m (145 lb⋅ft), and the 2.5-liter EJ25 with 127 kW (170 hp). Turbocharged versions of the two latter engines were fitted to the WRX and WRX STI versions as discussed later. Subaru introduced a flat-four diesel engine, designated EE20 at the 2008 Paris Motor Show. Sales began in several European countries from early 2009, with the 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine of 112 kW (150 hp). Two models are available as of July 2009, 2.0 TD and 2.0 TD Sport.
Four-door sedan or five-door hatchback versions of the fourth-generation Impreza were unveiled in 2011 at the New York International Auto Show.

Powering the new Subaru Impreza is a revised version of the FB20 2.0 litre direct-injection boxer-four. Subarus Lineartronic CVT was also improved with enhanced ratio coverage, and a 5-speed manual transmission continues to be available. The changes made to the Imprezas 2.0L engine are supposed to offer slightly improved acceleration and flexibility of power delivery. The Ford Mustang is an American car manufactured by Ford. It was originally based on the platform of the second generation North American Ford Falcon, a compact car. The original 1962 Ford Mustang I two-seater concept car had evolved into the 1963 Mustang II four-seater concept car which Ford used to pretest how the public would take interest in the first production Mustang. The 1963 Mustang II concept car was designed with a variation of the production models front and rear ends with a roof that was 2.7 inches shorter. Introduced early on April 17, 1964 (16 days after the Plymouth Barracuda), the 1965 Mustang was the automakers most successful launch since the Model A.
The Mustang created the pony car class of American muscle cars, affordable sporty coupes with long hoods and short rear decks, and gave rise to competitors such as the Chevrolet Camaro, Pontiac Firebird, AMC Javelin, Chryslers revamped Plymouth Barracuda, and the second generation Dodge Challenger. The Mustang is also credited for inspiring the designs of coupés such as the Toyota Celica and Ford Capri, which were imported to the United States.
A Fastback 2+2, first manufactured on August 17, 1964, enclosed the trunk space under a sweeping exterior line similar to the second series Corvette Sting Ray and European sports cars such as the Jaguar E-Type coupe.
The new model, called the Mustang II, was introduced on September 21, 1973, two months before the first 1973 oil crisis, and its reduced size allowed it to compete against successful imported sports coupés such as the Japanese Datsun 240Z, Toyota Celica and the European Ford Capri.

The base model came with a 3.8 OHV V6 (232 cid) engine rated at 145 bhp (108 kW) in 1994 and 1995, or 150 bhp (110 kW) (1996–1998), and was mated to a standard 5-speed manual transmission or optional 4-speed automatic. Though initially used in the 1994 and 1995 Mustang GTS, GT and Cobra, Ford retired the 302 cid pushrod small-block V8 after nearly 30 years of use, replacing it with the newer Modular 4.6 L (281 cid) SOHC V8 in the 1996 Mustang GT.
Ford introduced a re-designed 2005 model year Mustang at the 2004 North American International Auto Show, codenamed S-197, that was based on the new D2C platform.
For the 2005 to 2010 production years, the base model was powered by a 210 hp (157 kW; 213 PS) cast-iron block 4.0 L SOHC V6, while the GT used an aluminum block 4.6 L SOHC 3-valve Modular V8 with variable camshaft timing (VCT) that produced 300 hp (224 kW; 304 PS). Base models had a Tremec T5 5-speed manual transmission with Fords 5R55S 5-speed automatic being optional. Automatic GTs also featured this, but manual GTs had the Tremec TR-3650 5-speed.

Three engine options are available: a newly developed 2.3 L EcoBoost 310 hp four-cylinder introduced to reach high tariff global markets like China, 3.7 L 300 hp V6, or 5.0 L Coyote 435 hp V8, with either a Getrag six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
In 1969, modified versions of the 428 Mach 1, Boss 429 and Boss 302 took 295 United States Auto Club-certified records at Bonneville Salt Flats. The outing included a 24-hour run on a 10-mile (16 km) course at an average speed of 157 mph (253 km/h). Drivers were Mickey Thompson, Danny Ongais, Ray Brock, and Bob Ottum.

Quintel pitched Regular Show for Cartoon Networks Cartoonstitute project, in which the network allowed young artists to create pilots with no notes, which would possibly be optioned as shows. The project was green-lit and it premiered on September 6, 2010.
As of May 2013, the program has been watched by approximately 2 to 2.5 million viewers each week. The series has received positive reviews from critics and has developed a following of all ages. Regular Show has been nominated for several awards, including two Annie Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards — one of which it won for the episode Eggscellent (season 3, episode 18).

With many of the old files destroyed in Hurricane Rita the two men are asked to recount the history of their working relationship personal lives and the Dora Lange murder investigation as well as a series of other related individual cases as new evidence suggests that the perpetrator remains at large.
California Highway Patrol officer and war veteran Paul Woodrugh (Taylor Kitsch) discovers the dead body of a local businessman who was involved in a major land deal. Given the ambiguous jurisdictional nature of the crime scene two other officers Vinci Police Department Detective Raymond Ray Velcoro Colin Farrell and Ventura County Sheriffs Office CID Antigone Ani Bezzerides Rachel McAdams are assigned to help Woodrugh investigate the murder. The crime soon involves Frank Semyon Vince Vaughn a career criminal who was involved in the land deal and whose life savings were stolen when the murder took place. Semyon has Detective Velcoro on his payroll due to him helping the volatile detective locate and execute the man who raped his wife years earlier. The three detectives plus Semyon quickly realize a larger conspiracy at play involving the victims past as a police officer the corrupt city of Vinci and the power struggle going on between the mayors son the Russian mafia and the Vinci Police Department who seek to silence the three detectives and their erstwhile mobster ally.
HBO officially greenlit a third season the story of which takes place in the Ozarks over three separate time periods. Led by Patrick Clair True Detectives title sequences were developed by a collaborative team consisting of three motion-design studios: Santa Monica-based Elastic Antibody and Breeder both based in Australia For the first season Clair and his team took a variety of photos of the Louisiana scenery which became the sequences backbone They superimposed these images onto low poly meshes thanks to the use of various animation and special effects techniques. This was a meticulous process for production since they wanted to avoid creating a digitized look for the sequence Once its final cut took form the team polished it by employing optical glitching and motion distortion technique True Detectives season one opening theme is Far from Any Road an alternative country song originally composed by The Handsome Family for their 2003 album Singing Bones. Regular Show is an American animated television series created by J. G. Quintel for Cartoon Network that premiered on September 6, 2010. The series revolves around the lives of two friends, a blue jay named Mordecai and a raccoon named Rigby—both employed as groundskeepers at a local park. Their regular attempts to slack off usually lead to surreal, extreme, and often supernatural misadventures. During these misadventures, they interact with the shows other main characters: Benson, Pops, Muscle Man, Hi-Five Ghost, Skips, Thomas, Margaret, Eileen and CJ.
Many of Regular Shows characters are loosely based on those developed for Quintels student films at California Institute of the Arts: The Naïve Man from Lolliland and 2 in the AM PM. Quintel pitched Regular Show for Cartoon Networks Cartoonstitute project, in which the network allowed young artists to create pilots with no notes, which would possibly be optioned as shows. The project was green-lit and it premiered on September 6, 2010.
As of May 2013, the program has been watched by approximately 2 to 2.5 million viewers each week. The series has received positive reviews from critics and has developed a following of all ages. With many of the old files destroyed in Hurricane Rita the two men are asked to recount the history of their working relationship personal lives and the Dora Lange murder investigation as well as a series of other related individual cases as new evidence suggests that the perpetrator remains at large.
California Highway Patrol officer and war veteran Paul Woodrugh (Taylor Kitsch) discovers the dead body of a local businessman who was involved in a major land deal. Given the ambiguous jurisdictional nature of the crime scene two other officers Vinci Police Department Detective Raymond Ray Velcoro Colin Farrell and Ventura County Sheriffs Office CID Antigone Ani Bezzerides Rachel McAdams are assigned to help Woodrugh investigate the murder. The crime soon involves Frank Semyon Vince Vaughn a career criminal who was involved in the land deal and whose life savings were stolen when the murder took place. Semyon has Detective Velcoro on his payroll due to him helping the volatile detective locate and execute the man who raped his wife years earlier. The three detectives plus Semyon quickly realize a larger conspiracy at play involving the victims past as a police officer the corrupt city of Vinci and the power struggle going on between the mayors son the Russian mafia and the Vinci Police Department who seek to silence the three detectives and their erstwhile mobster ally.
HBO officially greenlit a third season the story of which takes place in the Ozarks over three separate time periods. Led by Patrick Clair True Detectives title sequences were developed by a collaborative team consisting of three motion-design studios: Santa Monica-based Elastic Antibody and Breeder both based in Australia For the first season Clair and his team took a variety of photos of the Louisiana scenery which became the sequences backbone They superimposed these images onto low poly meshes thanks to the use of various animation and special effects techniques. This was a meticulous process for production since they wanted to avoid creating a digitized look for the sequence Once its final cut took form the team polished it by employing optical glitching and motion distortion technique True Detectives season one opening theme is Far from Any Road an alternative country song originally composed by The Handsome Family for their 2003 album Singing Bones. The Sydney Morning Herald included season ones opening sequence in their list of the Ten of the Best title sequences on television.

Chevrolet El Camino is a coupé utility vehicle that was produced by Chevrolet between 1959–60 and 1964–1987. Unlike a pickup truck, the El Camino was adapted from a two-door station wagon platform that integrated the cab and cargo bed into the body.
Introduced in the 1959 model year in response to the success of the Ford Ranchero coupé utility, its first run lasted only two years. Production resumed for the 1964–1977 model years based on the Chevelle platform, and continued for the 1978–1987 model years based on the GM G-body platform.
Although based on corresponding General Motors car lines, the vehicle is classified and titled in North America as a SUV. GMCs badge engineered El Camino variant, the Sprint, was introduced for the 1971 model year. Renamed Caballero in 1978.
The El Camino was introduced for the 1959 model year two years after the Ford Ranchero. According to Chevrolet stylist Chuck Jordan, GM Harley Earl had suggested a coupé pickup in 1952.
Chevrolet reintroduced an all new, mid-size El Camino four years later based on the Chevrolet Chevelle.
Since the L35 396/325 hp engine was the base for the SS396 series, the number of L35 engines reported sold by Chevrolet in 1967 (2,565) were sold in one of the two El Camino series, which were the only other series the engine could be ordered in. Since the L34 (350 hp (260 kW)) & L78 (375 hp (280 kW)) were available in either El Camino series as well as the two SS396 body styles, there is no way of knowing how many of these optional engines went to which body style. Chevrolet does report 17,176 L34 and 612 L78 engine options were sold in 1967 Chevelles, but there is no breakdown of body styles. The TH400 3-speed automatic was now available as an option (RPO M40) with the 396 engine in both the SS396 series and the 396-equipped El Caminos.
Chevrolet introduced a longer El Camino in 1968.
A new, high-performance Super Sport SS396 version was launched. The Turbo-Jet 396 was offered in 325 bhp (242 kW) or 350 bhp (260 kW) versions. Returning to the official options list for the first time since late 1966 was the 375 bhp (280 kW) L78.
The Super Sport group included a 265 or 325 hp (198 or 242 kW) 396-cubic-inch V8 beneath a double-domed hood.
For 1973, the El Camino was redesigned. Matching the Chevelle line and using the wagon chassis, it was the largest El Camino generation. Energy-absorbing hydraulic front bumper systems on these vehicles added more weight. The base model and SS option shared interior and exterior appointments with the Chevelle Malibu, while the El Camino Classic (introduced for 1974) shared its trim with the more upscale Chevelle Malibu Classic.
The 307 2-barrel V8 with 115 hp (86 kW) was the base engine. Options included a 350 2-barrel V8 with 145 hp (108 kW), a 350 4-barrel V8 with 175 hp (130 kW), and a 454 4-barrel V8 with 245 hp (183 kW).
The 1978 through 1987 El Caminos were produced in four trim levels: Classic, Black Knight (1978)/Royal Knight (1979–83), Conquista and Super Sport, and shared chassis components with the Chevrolet Malibu. Chevrolet 90° V6 and Buick V6 engines were used for the first time. The optional 305 cubic-inch small block V8 was rated at 150 or 165 hp (112 or 123 kW), and from 1982–1984, the Oldsmobile-sourced diesel engine was also optional.
A coupe utility version was released in 1971 under the Chevrolet El Camino name and was offered with imported Holden 186 six and 308 V8 engines. A version of the later Holden HQ utility was marketed in South Africa as the Chevrolet El Camino AQ. A facelifted El Camino AJ was released in 1976
In 1974, Chevrolets sister division, Pontiac, reportedly took an El Camino body, grafted on the urethane-nose front end from its Grand Am series, added the GAs instrument panel, reclining Strato-bucket seats with adjustable lumbar support along with Pontiacs Rally II wheels. This was a styling exercise for a possible Pontiac version of the El Camino; the concept never reached production.
In 1992, GM unveiled an El Camino concept, basically a pickup variant of the Chevrolet Lumina Z34.

The Pontiac G8 ST was shown at the New York International Auto Show in March 2008. Based on the Holden Commodore Ute, it shared the G8 platform with a 73 in (1,900 mm) cargo bed. The Sport Truck had the same 361 hp (269 kW), 6.0-liter V8 used in the G8 GT, as well as the 3.6-liter, 300 hp (220 kW) direct-injection V6. The G8 ST was slated for release as a 2010 model, but in January 2009, GM announced to dealers the G8 ST was cancelled due to budget cuts and restructuring. In 2011, GM again considered bringing back the El Camino under the Chevrolet brand as early as 2015.")

In Modesto California on the last evening of summer vacation recent high school graduates and longtime friends, Curt Henderson and Steve Bolander, meet John Milner, the drag-racing king of the town, and Terry The Toad Fields in the parking lot of the local Mels Drive-In diner. Curt and Steve are scheduled to travel the next morning to Northeastern United States to start college. Despite receiving a $2,000 scholarship from the local Moose Lodge, Curt has second thoughts about leaving Modesto. Steve gives Toad his 1958 Chevrolet Impala to watch while hes away at college until he returns at Christmas. Steves girlfriend, Laurie, who is also Curts sister, arrives in her car. Steve suggests to Laurie In one story line, Curt is desperate to find a beautiful blonde girl driving a white 1956 Ford Thunderbird that he sees en route to the dance: at a stoplight, she appears to say I love you before disappearing around the corner. After leaving the hop, Curt is coerced by a group of greasers (The Pharaohs) to participate in an initiation rite that involves hooking a chain to a police car and ripping out its back axle. The Pharaohs tell Curt that The Blonde is a trophy wife or prostitute, but he refuses to believe either. Determined to get a message to the blonde girl, Curt drives to the local radio station to ask DJ Wolfman Jack, who is omnipresent on the car radios Inside the radio station, Curt encounters a bearded man who tells him that the voice of The Wolfman is pre-taped from afar. As he is leaving the station Curt sees the man talking into the microphone and hears the voice of The Wolfman, and realizes the man is the actual DJ himself. Sure enough, The Wolfman eventually reads the message on the radio for The Blonde to meet Curt or call him at a number which happens to be a telephone booth. It turns out to be The Blonde who says she knows him
The Toad, in Steves car, and John, in his yellow 1932 Ford Deuce Coupé hot rod, cruise the strip of Modesto. Toad, who is normally socially inept with girls, successfully picks up a flirtatious, and somewhat rebellious, girl named Debbie. John inadvertently picks up Carol, an annoying 12-year-old who seems fond of him. Another drag racer, the handsome and arrogant Bob Falfa, is searching out John in order to challenge him to a race.
Steve and Laurie have a series of arguments and make-ups through the evening. They finally split and, as the story lines intertwine, Bob Falfa picks up Laurie in his black 1955 Chevrolet One-Fifty Coupé. Bob finally finds John and goads him into racing. A parade of cars follow them to Paradise Road to watch the race. Laurie rides shotgun with Bob as Toad starts the race. As Bob begins taking a lead in the race, he loses control of the car when a front tire blows, and the car plunges into a ditch and rolls over. Steve and John leap out of their cars and rush to the wreck as a dazed Bob and Laurie stagger out of the car before it explodes. Distraught, Laurie grips Steve tightly and begs him not to leave her
At the airfield in the morning, Curt says goodbye to his parents, his sister Laurie, Steve, John and The Toad. As the plane takes off, Curt, gazing out of the window, sees the white Ford Thunderbird belonging to the mysterious blonde driving down a country road.
An on-screen epilogue reveals that John is killed by a drunk driver Toad is reported missing in action near An Lộc in December Steve is an insurance agent and Curt is a writer living in Canada.
