Leftover Idlis
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Chopped Coriander

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
Optionally, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the leftover idlis, cut into pieces. Toss them gently in the masala.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot!
