A deckbuilding auto-battler that reminds me of Deck Heroes, a conventionally soulless freemium mobile game in all the worst possible ways. While this game isn't viciously consumer-hostile like that game is, SpellCats feels undercooked and it's far too easy to abuse certain mechanics to rob all challenge from the game. This is genuinely the easiest roguelike I've ever played in my entire life.

Id heard that this game had even worse performance issues than the first game, but no, its just equally shit. I ended up playing through the whole thing after this and it crashed another 3 times and softlocked once. So, garbage product. It wasnt until I had played through 90% of the game that the game shoves a huge BLACK LIVES MATTER mural in your face too, as though I somehow questioned the statement after playing through the entire game as Miles.
Nice to know they spent money hiring some scumfuck artist to shit a racist agenda into their game instead of QA testing.

I think Rusting Hulks have an interesting play style, Zenith guard is kinda tricky since the battery ram mech needs to be shielded to stay alive.
