In order to duplicate the spell/attack search in the Spectre Spreadsheet, simply select the column you wish to count (H for attacks, I for spells), then right click, scroll down and select "Column stats". Select "count" in the panel on the right instead of "distribution".

The Passive tree values for Spell Suppression currently in 3.20 are:
39% Inveterate
34% Reflexes
27% Entrench
24% Intuition & Quickstep
22% Instinct
