What is a Segmented Speedrun?
A Segmented Speedrun is a speedrun where splits from the best runs are taken and compiled into one single speedrun. This speedrun also includes unofficial splits from practicing a single split.
All clips were from myself including segments that can be reproduced in practice maps/runs and from actual runs.

FAQ -
Q: How is this faster than the TAS?
A: Often times, segmented speedruns dont show the full accuracy of what is possible for one theoretically best runners, but at the same time they can possibly be more optimized than an actual TAS other than things that require inhumane speeds like portals, and chest looting. In fact, the TAS end enter is faster than this by a single frame, but this run had a faster end split resulting in a slightly faster time.
Q: Why do you use 4 cobblestone when you only entered with 2?
A: That was what was fastest for the time of recording, although 4 cobblestone is actually the same speed as 2, so it was still included in the run. Its possible to just use 3 cobblestone and 1 obsidian, but this whole thing is theoretical anyway so it doesnt matter.
Q: Why do you hit the houses with your pickaxe?
A: Its a thing called cooldown skip. Essentially by shortly mining something, you skip the cooldown from the click to the object starting to get destroyed, which is 0.2s or 4 ticks.
Q: Why is this slower than the 1:43 segmented speedrun Azzify made?
A: The splices done on the 1:43 are a lot more inaccurate and involves a 44 second end split which has not been proven to be possible as of now.
Q: How come you have netherrack in the end but not inside the stronghold? [Same applies to boat and 64 cobblestone]
A: Its possible (and not hard at all) to obtain these items but are not shown on the video, or since most of it are practice splits, there are items that are in the hotbar but are not used so its still possible in a normal SSG run.
Q: Why did you use a fake perch as the end split?
A: I have every single fastest split in the current fastest SSG seed but the end. It looks better to have a theoretical 48 second end split which is possible rather than any of the current perches Ive had as my fastest one is only 55 seconds, which would make this tas a 1:52 instead of 1:45.

Q: What is PogLoot?
A: PogLoot essentially gives you the perfect rng which also includes changing chests and various different rng factors like the dragon perch to the absolute extreme side of what is possible in vanilla Minecraft.
