I thought it was all I had with 4:21, but I found a little more in slicing.. So.. I will end this chapter of benchy printing with 3:44 speedboat.
Not too proud of this one, except for the low time and the awesome cooling power of this duct. But no way I can ever think of printing like this for anything real world. Just basically a motion test and material flow test..
Peak flow.. 78mms3! Average flow 41mms3.
It is apparent it is flow lacking. Whether this is extruder skipping, driver tuning, filament slipping, it is something for sure!
500mms, 90,000 acceleration, 80 square corner velocity, 300mms smoke stack(yes I can save maybe 2 seconds more).
Goliath hotend, VZHextrudort
48V Gantry and extruder using LDO 2504 motors running 2.4ARMS @ 75C temp external!
WS7040 CPAP blower, 17mm I.D. hose, VaLvNaToR cooling duct
Cooling was 20% layer 2, 80% layer 10, 100% layer 126.
Printed too hot at 310C for bow/hull and 265 for columns.
Over and out..
