Speed-test done 2 days back at my Mumbai home on my One Plus 3 which is running JIO 4G and iPhone 5s which is on Airtel 4G. As you can see Airtel blows JIO 4G out of the water. Even on one bar i was getting 25 MBPS download speed! Craaaazzyyy right!
Reliance has a lot of work to do in terms of setting up proper network infrastructure and they should not throttle 4G speeds at all! Calls on JIO do work and when they work they sound great.
