Is your save file still stuck on 29 level counters? Here's a tool-assisted playthrough of Tier 4 to collect all 6 level counters and a key on the go. For speedrunners you must first clear the Fire Brother 1 and Level 11 in that order, making sure he moves forward. Level 14 and Level 13 are the shortest lengths.
BE SURE YOU READ THE PRINCESSES LETTER IN TIER 4, IT IS A CLUE TO PROGRESS!
You can manipulate this by pressing SAVE & QUIT for each Fire Brother movement and if you SAVE on World 4 after clearing Level 11, the lock remains unlocked and the tiny boat always spawn by the bridge. Since this game has infinite lives, you can die as much as you want as the Fire Brother also move.
