Punch Drumming (tm) on the mellow side, hitting to some beautiful piano by Philip Wesley. Sometimes you are in more mellow mood, or want more to hear more subdued music. The Speed Bag can adapt to any mood, speed or genre of music, and I often find myself using a larger bag (9x6) and punching to slower music.
