Hey guys! So I was writing out some random words the other day, and this piece just really stood out to me, so I decided to vectorise it and try and create a neon kind of look to accompany the word. I actually created 2 versions of this, both of which can be found on my Instagram page in case you're interested in checking them both out.
I decided to record this process since it's kind of different to my usual lettering work which you see on here, so I thought it would be cool to post this for you guys! Let me know what you think, and thank you for the awesome support!

Hey guys! I wasnt sure if I was going to upload this at first since its very much like the Outline Type video I did, but the final result was pretty good so I decided to upload it! At first I just wrote Dope As Fuck for the sake of practice, then I thought id give it a go at vectoring it while I had a bit of free time and record it, just in case. #WIN. Hey guys! So I was practising with the pen tool the other day trying to get better with the horizontal and vertical points method, and I created this type that says shake, and I think it turned out pretty good, so its a good job I decided to record it. I didnt however record the illustration of the milkshake which I regretted enough to completely recreate it while recording this time. If you look on my Instagram, you can see the original milkshake, but I think this one looks better anyway so its all good! This is a Raspberry Milkshake by the way. Just wanted to share this with you guys, kind of a 2 in 1 video, both illustration and lettering put into one :) I might do more of these. What do you guys think,Id love to get some feedback! Thanks for watching guys!

Hey guys! So I know a lot of you have wanted to see how I actually go about creating a full logotype from start-to-finish, so I thought I would make this tutorial/walk-through showing you the process I take when creating one. Like I said in the video, this is by no means the only way to create a logotype, many other people use completely different methods, but this is just the way I do it. Some of these steps would be different depending on what style of type Im working on, for example, if it was a very neat and more classical style of lettering, I would draw out a rough version, and then go over it using tracing paper to make sure everything is aligned etc since pieces like this tend to be very neat. Anyway, I hope this video helps you out, and I know I speed through the drawing stage at the start, but this video isnt about how to create the type itself. If I made it in real time, this video would be over an hour long, and it was only intended to be between 10-20 minutes.
