Hello and Welcome to Spectacular Suit Saturday The Show where I teach you and myself about the origins of some of our favorite Spider-Man Costumes! Are they iconic or just flat out unknown? If you love it I'll be sure to explain it!

Before getting into today's topic I just wanted to point out that I'm now in the tiktok creator program!

We get thrown right in with Spider-Man and A villain group called “The New Enforcers”

And while spidey does try to put up a good fight, an almost 4v1 with a villain on the team that can adapt to Spidey's powers meant that he had to make them fight amongst each other and escape!

We then see him later the next day at esu
Worrying about lab work while also thinking he REALLY needs to make some more webfluid for the next fight against the new enforcers, if only he had some kind of edge….

And with that sort of intellectual thinking we jump to the enforcers about to attack b-Rose when peter swoops in with a brand new armoured look!

As the new enforcers attempt to attack spiderman like before he begins to list off the new features of his suit while absolutely kickin butt!

Making sure that in the creation of his armoured look ,that each element of it was made with the idea of countering each members powers

While of course they do still get some hits in peter makes quick work of the group
And as the armour is being worn down, teared up, eaten by metallic termites and both heated and frozen, Peter has no choice but to break free of the armour and clean up the last couple of villains!


While unfortunate that this armour only lasted one comic,
This suit has had many incarnations in other media

From an appearance in the popular animated Series’s finale

To Marvel Superheroes vs Street fighter as a palette swap,

This suit was definitely shown its love back in the day but we all know, Its most notable inclusion is from the PS1 Game.

A classic among spidey fans “the good ol’ trust spidey armour” was a power up that allowed peter to take more damage from enemies but in return made him heavier than usual so he wasn't able to jump as high!

Ever since then within the Spider-man community this suit cemented itself in all our hearts and we wouldn't have it any other way!

The Spider-Armour MK I suit has features such as

A Black spandex base along with black flexible metal armour
Pseudo metalic plates all over the suit that also makes up his helmet which reflective lenses
Insolated interior allowing Peter to be immune to electrical attacks.
New Web Formula that allows his webs to be bounced as well as withstand more force
Immunity to any sort of spore related attacks
And metal spider logos on each of his knuckles which is just a really cool and funny detail
