This video provides a discussion of three examples from two students of what I am looking for in your literature review writing. You will see in each example, the student begins the paragraph with a topic sentence, then provides at least two pieces of evidence to support or expand upon that topic sentence (ideally by critiquing and not just summarizing the literature), and then conclude with a summary sentence or a transition sentence.
