I got this disc so I can double check calibration settings. Yesterday, the A/V Sync came in handy as I have changed my home theater setup. I normally have the HDMI go to the TV the eARC it back to the receiver. But I decided to have 2 HDMIs come from the 4K player. One to the TV for Video, and one to the receiver for audio only. This resulted in an audio sync issue. This disc helped me solve it!
