I found a crazy trick to get Looting 3 enchantment drops with a dog using a spear charging zombie!
Dogs give Rare Drops but not Looting effect but this glitch lets me make dog killing mobs drop both Rare items and many more items. This lets you do playerless looting 3 without a fox holding looting sword in it’s mouth or using remote looting with breeze wind charges or ghast fireballs.
