I feel honored to have collaborated in this wonderful project called 'Speak As You Eat'. Paolo Tancredi, an italian chef living in Australia, contacted me when I started my travels back in 2012 and we became online buddies :) He told me about this very cool project that aims to spread art, innovation and ideas through food - which I think is a form of art itself.

So Eunice - amazing Canadian musician - and I collaborated on this cover of Nina Simone and recorded this video for an opening event of the project in Melbourne, Australia. Hope you like it!
