To spawn a keyhole, follow the steps:
Duplicate two Yoshis. When the first appears, you have to be fast and eat the shell with first one. Before the sprite enter on Yoshi's tongue, the another one will appear, and the eating will be canceled. Now throw the shell to any place and go with both Yoshis to a place that you can stun a sprite. After stun it, see its slot. Find a sprite that will turn into a Dhino Rhino with the same slot. In my case, the Yellow Koopa is in slot #07, so I stunned the shell with slot #07 and kill him, for not spawn again. Now, we have to spawn the Dhino Rhino. First, you have to activate the stun timer of Yellow Koopa, otherwise, Dhino Rhino won't leave the "shell". To activate the stun timer, just smash Yellow Koopa with Yoshi and drop the stunned sprite before the smoke desappears. Now, to stun the Dhino Rhino, eat another sprite. In my case, I eat the another shell and hit the Dhino Rhino to invisi-yoshi appears with a null sprite in the mouth. But, you have to hurt the Invisi-Yoshi when he appears, or the Dhino Rhino will warp to its mouth and will be killed. By hurting Invisi-Yoshi, the Dhino Rhino eat will be canceled. Now just activate the Dhino Rhino's stun timer by smashing him with Yoshi and drop the sprite before the smoke desappears. Now you have a new keyhole!

You can stun a 1-UP instead of a Yellow Koopa. Good luck with the glitch.
