This script creates a patrolling anomaly called SPARKY.
SPARKY script functionalities and features:
* patrols an area around the marker you place in editor
* emits an electrically charged field, when the units are in atack range (currently 15 meters)
* provides a way to set up a protective item
* optional parameter you can use to make AI avoid the anomaly

Note
* Demo mission on STRATIS.
* Tested partially on dedicated
* Un-pbo or Un-zip the mission and read the comments or watch the video tutorial for more information.
