In my quest to provide an efficient safe way to generate high voltage I have developed a system which mimics the functionality of a spark gap without the fallout of it. This system works in AC systems as well as in DC pulsed Tesla coil systems. The unreliability of spark gaps with discontinued conduction based on heating and oxidation as well as different breakdown voltage based on humidity level is the past. Magnetic quenching and air vacuuming to the spark gap are intensive and not efficient means in the long run. Left alone the power it requires to run a vacuum cleaner and the noise. I will provide details and construction of these system to members.
