Elvis Presley, Engelbert Humperdinck, Willie Nelson & Julio Iglesias. It was written by German bandleader Bert Kaempfert in 1965.
This is my version on the Ciao' Accordion (with an excellent Backing Track by John Alex).
I record live through a Cakewalk Audio program, before dropping it into Power Director for the production.
