This happened at around 12:45 in Parkland/Spanaway, WA on July 22nd 2022. Driver was being chased by police and ended up on the center lane concrete divider. A few minutes later his girlfriend shows up in the parking lot and runs out into traffic. That's the only part that I was able to get a recording of :(
