Wow, this is an interesting one...
So basically about 4 years ago I think it was, I got to around the halfway mark on this, without any confidence in getting any further I dropped it. Fast forward to now, and I managed to re learn everything and have the level done in under 5k attempts and a little over a weeks playtime. What a difference a little confidence and grinding can do.

A little about the level, its not awful, it just lacks balancing in certain areas. Like I genuinely wouldn't be able to pinpoint any REALLY hard parts of this level, but Cyber, Splash and Wherwin are incredibly chokey, the remainder of the parts are really quite easy when you learn them properly. I would say this is just a harder, more relevant Arctic Arena, but that feels unfair to say somehow. Idk, this level is odd, play at your own risk.
