Starship launches Flight 13, the second launch of the Block 3 vehicle from Pad 2 at Starbase. This is the third attempt following a T-0 abort on July 16, and a weather scrub on July 23.

Mission: Starship's 13th integrated flight test. Correcting issues from version 3's debut flight.
