About Jenny Poisson: A message from Business Acquisition Consulting’s President & CEO
BAC was born out of a passion for mission and as a way to continue serving our nation -- just in a different wardrobe! I am a Veteran with both Operations & Acquisitions experience. With 20+ years in Defense as a Customer, Technical SME, Program Manager, and New Business Leader - I have the expertise, experience, and commitment to successfully lead business strategy and growth. This unique combination of experience allows BAC to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and program execution. What gets me excited -- looking at organizational needs, researching technology solutions, then setting up the relationships to start shaping strategic acquisitions. While no longer in uniform, I am proud to still roll up my sleeves alongside those who also chose to volunteer. I am also thankful to those who allow me to continue making a difference in this crazy world!

Cordell DeLaPena is the Program Executive Officer for Military Communications and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing at Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. With extensive valuable experience under his belt, he oversees critical and innovative Communications and PNT systems worth over $22.3 billion, leading a team of 1,800 military and civilian personnel. From his Air Force commission in 1985 to his transition to civil service as a Senior Executive, DeLaPena has held various acquisition and leadership positions, ensuring the efficiency and readiness of these vital systems. He's a certified Level III Program Manager and Systems Planning professional, dedicated to enhancing national security capabilities.
