A Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle launched the Soyuz MS-26 spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, on 11 September 2024, at 16:23 UTC (21:23 local time, 12:23 EDT). Soyuz MS-26, with Roscosmos cosmonauts Alexey Ovchinin (Алексей Овчинин), Ivan Vagner (Иван Вагнер) and NASA astronaut Don Pettit, is scheduled to autonomously dock to the Rassvet module of the International Space Station (ISS) on 11 September 2024, at 19:33 UTC (15:33 EDT).
