This video project captures one of the most amazing experiences I've had with an airline. On October, 1 2017 I had the chance to fly on Southwest Airlines's first MAX 8 revenue flight along with my production colleague Ryan Bomar. The aircraft was very impressive and indeed a marvel of modern travel technology. More importantly, I got to experience a deeper sense of the Southwest Airlines family, and how they bring an inviting warmth to their passengers. From customer service, public relations, every employee was truly happy to be on this flight and share their passion about working with Southwest. CEO Gary Kelly, has done a mighty fine job with the morale of this airline, and was a pleasure meeting and flying with him. I will definitely seeking out more flights with Southwest.
