This is the ultimate comfort food and so easy to make. You can make it ahead of time and cover it with foil and bake for 45 minutes and it will be piping hot when you are ready.

Ingredients:
5 or 6 medium potatoes sliced thin
1 lb. Hamburger
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup you like
Shredded cheese
