Award-winning journalist, author, and Canadian Geographic contributing editor Alanna Mitchell joined Oceana Canada and Fisheries and Oceans Canada onto help document an expedition off the coast of Newfoundland.
At sea, she joined a team of marine scientists and biologists working to better understand this vast and little-explored region, capturing the wonder and importance of deep-sea ecosystems.
