SOURDOUGH DIARIES: Doris is 21 (days old) 🍞

I think I can successfully say that I’ve started my own starter and it worked! I decided to wait until she hit the three week mark, before considering baking, just as I wanted her to be stronger. I’m sure I have a lot of trial and error ahead of me, but we learn best that way, and I’m sure I will feel bloody proud when I crack it! Off to go and buy myself a bread lame (lahhhhm) now. 😂
