Sourdough Diaries - Cheddar & Onion Loaf: Part 1

This is my first attempt at an inclusion loaf and I was honestly so chuffed with it! I’m not even sure if anyone enjoys seeing these, but I’ve been so happy while I’ve been learning and I just wanted to share that joy really! My hope is to become confident enough to make bread for friends and family and try things like wraps and bagels too! But for now, I’m just experimenting and having fun! ☺️
