I took this footage on a recent trip to Knife Lake on the Minnesota / Canadian border in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

I was in my kayak with a group of friends and family in canoe and kayak. The BWCAW has a serenity unmatched to anyplace I have ever experienced.

This video does not do justice to how your heart is affected by the majesty of this north woods wilderness. But it will give you a taste.

Find a quiet place. Turn up the sound and take a couple of minutes for yourself. Hopefully it will relax your soul.
